Simply Charming Club

Do you love cute and simple quilts? Do you enjoy working with a variety of fabrics? Do you enjoy hanging out with other quilters and seeing what they’re working on? If you answered yes to at least one of these questions, then the Simply Charming Club at Warman Cozy might be the right thing for you!

What is it? Each month a new collection of fabrics (this year all collections will be from Moda Fabrics) will be featured at an in-person demo-style club meeting. You have the option to join the club as a “pattern-only” member or a “pattern and charm” member. Each member will get the pattern for the quilt of the month which uses a charm pack in the piecing (and the charm pack that goes along with it if a “pattern and charm” member). Also included in the club is a 10% discount on yardage from the featured collection for the rest of that month.

If you can make the in-person meeting, you are invited to bring along a show and tell project, we will share any tips and tricks for that month’s quilt and have your patterns (and charm pack if applicable) ready to be picked up. If we have additional charm packs from the featured collection available, they will be put out for sale that day but the only way to guarantee you get a charm pack for the quilt of the month is to join as a pattern and charm member. If you can’t make the in-person meeting, your pattern (and charm pack if “pattern and charm” member) will be available for pick-up any time after the club meeting.

What if you don’t live near Warman Cozy but would still like to participate? We would love to have you join us! We have an option for shipping in the US as well. Please just select the option of your choice that includes the shipping cost. (In order to avoid being charged additional shipping for signing up for the club, please select “FREE In-Store Pickup” when checking out!!! I will send you an email before the club begins to get your shipping info and shipping will be handled each month outside of the online store system.) Patterns will be physically mailed to you, not emailed, on the day that the club is meeting in-person.

The club will run from September 2024 - August 2025 with one pattern and featured fabric line per month. In-person meetings will be held at the quilt shop on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 2PM and 6PM (choose the time that works best for you each month if you want to come to the in-person meetings). Dates for the current membership period are 9/11, 10/9, 11/13 and 12/11/24, 1/8/25, 2/12, 3/12, 4/9, 5/14, 6/11, 7/9 and 8/13. In-person meetings are not required to get your pattern/fabric. These patterns will be exclusive to club members and the only way to get them is to purchase the annual Simply Charming Club membership. If you’re still not convinced to join, check the math! If you join with the Pattern-Only option, it comes out to $3.33 a pattern/month. And purchasing the Pattern and Charm option gets you a discount on the regular retail price of the Charm packs versus buying them separately. Plus the discount each month on the featured fabric. A great deal and lots of inspiration!
